Cyril Olanolan, an individual (sole proprietor), not a registered company, based in Davao City, Philippines. Reach me at hey@cyrilolanolan.com. “I” and “me” below mean that person, and there is no company behind the word.

Read it, share it, link to it, quote it with attribution. What I ask you not to do is republish whole pages as your own, pass the work shown here off as yours, scrape the site to train a model, or attack it. If you want to use something in a way this does not obviously cover, ask. The answer is usually yes.

The writing, photographs, layout and code of this site are mine, and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines and the corresponding law wherever you are reading it.

The project pages are a different matter. They show work done as an employee, a contractor or a student volunteer, and the finished products, their brands and their screenshots belong to the clients and organisations named on each page, not to me. Company names, logos and product names appear here to identify who the work was for. They are the marks of their owners, no endorsement or affiliation is implied beyond the role described, and any owner who wants their material taken down can email me and I will remove it.

The site is provided as it is. The claims on it are my honest account of projects I worked on, and the figures come from what I measured or was told at the time. They describe past work under its own conditions, and they are not a promise of what any future project would achieve.

Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. If you act on something you read here, that is your call.

I do not guarantee the site is available, current or error free. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Nothing is sold on this site. There is no shop, no checkout, no subscription and no download you pay for, so there is no purchase to refund and no refund policy to apply.

Paid work is a separate matter, agreed in writing before it starts. Fees, milestones, cancellation and refunds live in that agreement, and if it ever disagrees with this page, that agreement wins. If a shop ever appears here, a proper refund policy appears with it.

Send me what you would put in an email. Do not send confidential material, personal data about other people, or anything you would mind sitting in an ordinary inbox. A message is not a contract, and I may not reply to all of them. What happens to what you send is in the privacy policy.

Links to other sites are there because they are useful. I do not control them and I am not responsible for what they say or do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protection your own local law gives you.

I update this page when the site changes, and the date at the top says when. Using the site after that means the current version applies.
